As the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues, we continually monitor the situation closely and follow guidance from the UK Government and representatives of the Events industry (Meetings Industry Association, Events Industry Council..etc).
In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus and reduce the potential risk of exposure to everyone in attendance, we kindly ask everyone to complete and submit this questionnaire should you not have access to the ‘NHS App‘. This will be used to verify attendee COVID-19 status on arrival at the event (to include visitors, exhibitors, contractors, venue and organiser staff). As part of the terms and conditions of registration, should a registrant not have access to the ‘NHS App‘ this assessment is encouraged to be completed prior to arrival, Netlaw Media reserves the right to refuse entry.

This information is strictly confidential and will be retained securely by Netlaw Media only. The information provided will be permanently destroyed 1 month following the event date.
