Charlie Keeling, Retained Associate, Kingsmead Square 

Charlie Keeling has spent the last 30 years working in the Professional Services Sector.
During that time he has worked in Big 4 accounting and consulting firms, a dot com startup technology and consulting firm, and as COO with the City Law firm Field Fisher having joined them in 2008 as HR Director. More recently he was Global HR Director at Clyde & Co, the international law firm which he joined just as they completed a major merger and a period of rapid international expansion. He left in July 2015.

Charlie also runs his own consulting firm focused on Talent Management & Development where his clients have included Nokia, Alcatel and Energis. He is currently covering an Interim HR Director role at DAC Beachcroft. His experience combines a background as an Accountant, with time as a Change Management Consulting Partner with Price Waterhouse, and international HR Leadership roles with PwC, CapCo, BearingPoint and three law firms. Charlie has been involved with all aspects of Operational and HR Strategy and Management but his main focus areas have been Mergers & Acquisitions, Values-Based Culture Change Programmes and Career Development Frameworks.
