Registration open: 6th Cambridge Arbitration Day – The Social Aspects of Arbitration

The 6th Cambridge Arbitration Day will be held at the Faculty on 15 and 16 March 2019, on the topic “The Social Aspects of Arbitration”.

Focusing on the ever-evolving interrelationship between international arbitration, sociology, and social media, the panels will address controversial issues such as arbitral appointments and challenges, evidence, and conflicts of interest.

The keynote speaker this year is Mr Andrea Carlevaris, partner at BonelliErede, Adjunct Professor at Science Po Law School in Paris, and former Secretary General of the ICC Court of Arbitration.

Finally, paying heed the theme of the conference, an optional dinner is organised at St John’s College for speakers and participants to put in practice the outcome of the panels.

For more information and registration see the Arbitration Day website.
