Bircham Dyson Bell Advises Contango Holdings Plc On Its Admission To The Main Market Of The London Stock Exchange

Bircham Dyson Bell acted for Contango Holdings plc in connection with its admission to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (Standard Listing), raising £1 million by way of a placing of shares. The market capitalisation of Contango Holdings plc was £1.225 million.

Contango Holdings is a cash shell established by leading industry figures Neal Griffith, Brian McMaster, Philip Richards and Oliver Stansfield, who intend it to make an acquisition in the natural resources sector.
