Professor Richard Susskind OBE, President, Society for Computers & Law

Professor Richard Susskind OBE is an author, speaker and independent adviser to international professional firms, general counsel, judiciaries, and national governments.

His main area of expertise is the future of legal service, with particular reference to the impact of information technology. He has specialised in legal technology since the early 1980s and his views have influenced a generation of lawyers and legal technologists around the world.


Bruce Braude, CTO, Deloitte Legal

Bruce Braude is the Chief Technology Officer at Deloitte Legal. He is responsible for technologically enabling Deloitte’s legal service delivery, advising clients on their use of legal technology and developing bespoke legal technology solutions.

Bruce has extensive experience advising and implementing legal technologies including artificial intelligence, automation, workflow and data analytics in law firms and corporate legal departments. He has advised companies across multiple sectors on their legal technology strategies, process optimisation, solution design, product selection and implementation.
