On 30 June 2017, CIPIL’s Dr Christina Angelopoulos published a reaction to the CJEU’s Ziggo decision on the Kluwer Copyright Blog.

The decision considers whether The Pirate Bay, an indexer of BitTorrent files, can be considered to be communicating to the public the works shared online by its end-users. The post can be found here.
