BigHand announce the return of their Annual User Conference in October 2017
BigHand announce the launch of their 12th Annual User Conference, taking place in Manchester and London on the 10th and 12th of October, 2017.
The BigHand User Conference is the perfect excuse to network with industry peers whilst learning about BigHand products, both existing and the future roadmap. It’s also an opportunity to hear first-hand how other firms are using BigHand technology with real-life case studies from a number of clients.
This year, the theme of the conference is “It’s all about You”, meaning it’s all about the BigHand customer; BigHand’s event, the Customers’ day. There will be a large number of BigHand clients sharing their stories at the conference both on the main stage and in smaller breakout sessions. These are clients who have experienced the same business challenges as many other firms today e.g. driving operational efficiencies, restructuring, promoting flexible/agile working. They will address how they’ve approached those challenges to find solutions that drive efficiency benefits for not only their firms but for their customers too.
Briana McCrory, Group Marketing Director comments; “Here at BigHand we are very excited to announce our 12th Annual User Conference. We believe it’s the most important day of the year for BigHand, gaining priceless insight from our customers to help us support their needs. Feedback tells us that our customers also gain equal insight at these events, not only around the BigHand offering and best practice, but also from networking with peers to improve awareness of industry happenings and trends. We took the idea of ‘It’s all about You” and ran with it for 2017, we want to ensure we focus on maximising our customers’ experience by putting them at the heart of the event.”
The conference which is sponsored by Nuance, Philips and Olympus, is a free-to-attend full day event followed by a champagne reception in the evening.
