Jenifer is a mother to 2 boys, is passionate about equality and human well-being, and supports a range of pro bono and industry initiatives.
Kristin Zmrhal – Vice President of Product Strategy, CS DISCO
Kristin joined DISCO in 2018 and has held various leadership roles including in professional services, client success, and, most recently, as Vice President of Product Strategy. Before her tenure at DISCO, she spent nearly eight years at Google’s Mountain View, CA headquarters, where she oversaw the Ediscovery project management and operations team.
Kristin began her career in the early 2000s as a consultant in litigation support and ediscovery, managing significant litigation and regulatory projects for multinational corporations and their legal teams.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics from Miami University in Ohio and holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley

Umair Muhajir is the global head of DISCO Review and oversees operations in the US, UK, and India. He has extensive experience leading teams specialising in managed review, contract lifecycle management, regulatory change management, and legal research. Before joining DISCO in 2021, Umair practiced law for six years as a litigator at Paul Weiss LLP, specialising in complex litigation before state and federal courts, with comprehensive experience in securities and accounting matters, patent litigations, and regulatory and internal investigations, especially in the financial services sector.
