International law firm Ince & Co announces today that it has promoted maritime specialists Jonas Adolfsson and Antonia Jackson, and energy experts Phillippa Hook and Anna Macdonald to the partnership in London, effective from 1 December 2018.
Jonas is primarily a dispute resolution lawyer focused on shipping. His practice covers the full range of dry and wet shipping. Jonas has considerable experience of dealing with a wide variety of claims arising under charterparties and bills of lading, as well as in connection with collisions, groundings, fires/explosions, general average and salvage.
Antonia is a litigation lawyer specialising in dry and wet shipping, including maritime casualties. She is experienced in commercial disputes in both shipping and insurance. She also advises on non-contentious drafting issues and review of charterparties, bills of lading and contracts.
Phillippa specialises in commercial disputes in relation to oil and gas, energy and pipeline, shipbuilding and offshore construction. With more than 10 years’ experience in the oil and gas and offshore industry, she has specific expertise in the drilling market.
Anna primarily specialises in energy and offshore construction disputes and offshore shipping, and has been involved in a number of significant high-value disputes for leading international oil and gas contractors and oilfield services companies, both in Court and arbitral proceedings.
