LegalTech Talks Masterclasses – Terms and Conditions of Registration

  • All attendees must register their attendance via the online ‘Registration page’ prior to the event
  • Open to representatives of legal sector private practice, In-House Legal Teams and Barrister chambers
  • Netlaw Media reserves the right to cancel any ticket or invitation at its discretion & without explanation
  • Netlaw Media reserves the right to cancel any unclaimed tickets and invitations when this event reaches full capacity
  • By submitting your registration for this event, you consent to Netlaw Media contacting you with updates, and other communications related to this event only
  • Before registration can be accepted, the full terms and conditions of registration stated below must be agreed.


In the Terms & Conditions of Registration, the following definitions apply:

‘Masterclass” means a ‘LegalTech Talk Masterclass’ organised and delivered by Netlaw Media Ltd.
‘Owners’ means the organisers and owners Netlaw Media Ltd.
‘Delegate’ means any person or business attending or registering to access a ‘LegalTech Talk Masterclass’
‘Location’ means the venue booked at the listed regional location for an in-person Masterclass, and / or the platform (Zoom) in which a virtual Masterclass will be delivered.

Terms and Conditions

Upon receipt of a delegate registration, a confirmation and VAT invoice / receipt (where applicable) will be issued via email. Should a cost be issued, passes must be paid via credit card at the time of booking. Should payment not be received, Netlaw Media reserves the right to cancel the registration at its discretion. Should a cost be issued, delegate registrations must be paid in full prior to the event and before admittance to the event is permitted. Netlaw Media reserves the right to reject any registration without explanation.

Netlaw Media reserves the right to change and amend the speaker line-up or event program at its own discretion and without notice. In extreme circumstances, it may be necessary to change the date, time, location or to cancel the event. In the event of a cancellation of the event, a full refund of any fees paid will be offered to paying delegates only. In the event of a date/time or location change, Netlaw Media will offer a transfer of credit to an alternative event, in certain circumstances a full refund may be offered. Netlaw Media will not accept liability for any other claim other than a paid delegate registration fee. A substitute delegate may be nominated before the Masterclass without charge.

As part of our due diligence process, Netlaw Media Ltd reserves the right to check/share your details with all relevant legal authorities including but not limited to; The Solicitor’s Regulation of England & Wales, The Law Society, The Bar Standards Board and in extreme cases the Metropolitan Police.

All delegates agree to offer Netlaw Media the exclusive right to use any photographs captured during the Masterclass for promotion of Netlaw Media, and for the promotion of any Netlaw Media event.

You do have the right to object to the distribution of your participation and if you to wish to be removed please notify us immediately at

Masterclasses are held under Chatham House Rule. No recordings of this event or it’s speakers, sponsors or delegates shall be made, produced or displayed (in any print or electronic format) by any delegate.  No articles, blogs or text based coverage of the talk shall be written, submitted, produced, displayed and /or published by any delegate or any publication, website or business for which any delegate represents or submits such content without prior written consent from the Netlaw Media. This includes reproducing or displaying (in full or part) any content from a speaker presentation within any print and/or electronic format, publication or website which is not an official media partner of this event.

By agreeing to the terms & conditions of registration, delegates accept full responsibility for their access, including but not limited to the quality of internet/Wi-Fi connectivity. Delegates acknowledge and agree that Netlaw Media, and any third party in partnership for the talks, including; suppliers (i.e Zoom),  event sponsors and event partners will not be held responsible for any issues resulting from poor connectivity, and/or disruption from any delegate, or from any related or non related circumstance which may occur prior, during or following the talk.

A full postal address should be provided for all registrants. Such data will be used for the purpose of delivering food and beverages as part of your purchase only. You can opt-out of receiving such items as part of your purchase. Please note that discounts cannot be offered.

By submitting a registration for this event, the participant acknowledges and gives consent on behalf of all person’s mentioned on this registration form to have their details entered onto Netlaw Media’s database. The participant also acknowledges and gives consent for Netlaw Media to contact the registered delegate via email and/or telephone for this and future Netlaw Media events, talks and services that are relevant to them.

For specific events, you have the right to opt-out in having your details shared with the sponsoring third party.

Your details will be entered into the Netlaw Media Ltd database to help us process your registration more efficiently and to keep you informed of information in relation to this event as well as upcoming events and services. Netlaw Media will never sell or give your information to third parties without your consent. As a registrant of a Netlaw LegalTech Talk, you have the option to authorise Sponsors of LegalTech Talks only the right to access your data. By selecting the (third-party) opt-in at the time of registration, you are giving permission for such companies to obtain your full details (as supplied at registration) for future contact.

Your data will be distributed for a maximum period of 12 months. To opt-out, please write to the Operations Manager, via and contact such companies directly to unsubscribe from their database. You can opt-out of third party communications directly with associated vendors.
