BSB opens recruitment for Governance, Risk and Audit (GRA) Committee Member
The Bar Standards Board (BSB) has begun the process to recruit two new members for the Governance, Risk and Audit (GRA) Committee.
Anybody with the relevant interest and who meets the essential competencies can apply, including lay people, barristers and others who might work within the legal sector.
The GRA Committee meet eight times a year and its function is to ensure that the Board’s corporate governance standards and internal controls are maintained. It keeps under review, and advises the Board on, all matters relating to the risk management framework and the BSB’s internal audit function.
The closing date for applications for these positions is 9 April 2018 (5pm).
