CTS, CBS and Sprout IT Come Together Under the CTS Brand
Warrington, Cheshire — CTS, the legal sector’s provider of cloud and IT services specifically shaped for law, announced today the launch of a new corporate rebrand following the acquisitions of CBS (City Business Solutions) and Sprout IT.
Over the past year, CTS has experienced significant growth and development as the company acquired two legal specialist MSPs, CBS and Sprout IT. With a shared culture and track record of focusing on strong, mutually beneficial, long-term client relationships and a clearly differentiated sector specialist offering, this rebrand marks the bringing together of the three companies under one, single brand identity as they work towards our mission of shaping legal IT for the legal sector.
CTS now boasts over 165 staff, offices in Cheshire, London and New Zealand, and sustained double digit organic growth, firmly establishing themselves as the legal sector’s leading IT provider with the experience and expertise solely dedicated to law firms and barristers’ chambers.
CTS’ new tagline, ‘IT Services Shaped for Law’, demonstrates their loyalty to and experience of the legal sector, with whom they have been working for over 14 years. Their focus means that CTS understand their legal clients’ needs better than others, enabling them to shape their services around the unique requirements of the sector.
As they move forward, CTS continues to focus on designing new services for the legal sector, delivering IT that transforms the user experience and operational success of law firms and chambers, whilst guiding digital transformation by supporting their clients to align their technology with their business strategy.
