Charlie is a senior dispute resolution lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills and leads the firm’s Digital Law Group in the UK (a group of specialist lawyers providing legal, strategic and practical advice to clients in relation to their biggest and most important digital transformation projects).
Charlie helps clients effectively and efficiently resolve complex international disputes across a broad range of jurisdictions. He has particular expertise in the energy and technology sectors.Charlie is a member of the IBA/ICCA task force on data protection in international arbitration, the London Court of International Arbitration Working Groups on data protection and platforming and he also chairs a cross-firm working group on LegalTech adoption in international arbitration.
