Justine is Head of Legal Change & Legal Risk Management at Lloyds Banking Group. Justine is a passionate advocate of agile, multidisciplinary teams delivering large scale programmes. Beginning her career at Clifford Chance as a trainee and then a finance lawyer, Justine has vast experience of advising the financial service industry in the implementation of transformation programmes within robust risk frameworks. She has a demonstrable history of implementing large scale strategic, legal and regulatory change in various banks and large corporates.
Justine is also responsible for legal risk management at Lloyds Banking Group and is recognised as a legal management expert, having designed and implemented the Legal Risk Management & Enterprise Risk Frameworks for various banks and corporates. Justine is an Editorial Board member of the City of London Solicitors Company magazine and a contributor to White Papers on disruptive legal models etc.
