Dee Pang, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
Slaughter and May

Dee has been the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Slaughter and May since the beginning of 2018 and prior to that, was the manager of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s global cyber security function.

Dee has extensive experience in all aspects of building and operating information security programmes. This has included the design, deployment and operation of cyber security technologies, business continuity planning, and governance to ensure technical and administrative security controls work as intended..

Jenny Chuck, Information Security and Compliance Manager

Jenny has over 20 years experience in the field of Information Security and IT Services. She currently leads the Information Security team in the Legal Risk function at Fieldfisher LLP. Prior to this she worked for Dentons as their Information Security Manager.

Jenny is passionate about problem solving and believes that people are often your strongest asset in protecting the firm. Her main focus is risk mitigation and cyber strategy and developing continuing awareness programmes for all staff.

In February 2020 she presented at the NCSC legal sector event Practical Advice on Keeping the Law Firm Safe.

Ian Dalby, Head of Information Governance & Cyber Security

Ian currently heads up the Information Governance & Cyber Security team at Dentons for the UK and Middle East region, prior to this Ian worked for number of public and private organisations in governance, risk, compliance and security roles.

This included roles in Ford of Europe’s general counsel department, handling technical risk and compliance in M&A, more recently Ian worked in the Ministry of Justice operational IT risk team and also as a consultant for Microsoft advising their larger customers on strategic security matters..
